Why have you sent all the supporting documents to your wife?? You could have uploaded everything from the UK.

On the date if application your most recent documents cannot be older than 28 days.

You could have attended a UKCVAS service point in the UK to upload your documents for a fee. This is mostly the norm now.

Many members used their mobile phone's cameras with no issue.

Question:
The most recent payslip and bank statement i included in our evidence is May (pay date 28th may). When is the latest we can use those statement/payslip for our application? Is it the 28th june?
May also depend on the period covered by the payslip.

Not if the payslip covers the period up to 31st May.

Not if the payslip covers the period up to 31st May.
Not necessarily as most often the payslip is generated earlier than the actual pay date. In that case the date on payslip will matter instead pay day. . Whatever the date of payslip then just add 28 days.
