Spouse visa refusal and appeal refusal

hi all,i have got court of appeal refusal and my wife is dependent on me , she is will finish her 10 year next month so what is best option to choose for her and her job will continue ?

because she is working nhs as physiotherapist , is she illegible for 1 year free extension or not ?
and will she apply online same day services ?

Why was the spouse visa and appeal refused?

The appeal is not a magic bullet. Some refusal grounds would get you a refusal even on appeal. You need to fix the refusal ground then apply again.

I got refusal on court of appeal and she is dependent on me so she also got refusal as well and both 3c come to end , But she has just 2 month left to eligible for 10 year route ,
So can you advise us how to fill the gaps ? And what is chance to get Ilr ?

Residence for ilr is broken once section 3c ends.

Ya , I am tier 1 (general) migrant with tax amendments

I applied on 13 jan 20 and I got refusal on 12 June 20 ,

If HO have detected some tax discrepancy which wasn't attempted to declare/fixed earlier then it would now be deemed as deception with zero tolerance/discretion.

I just want to find out for my wife , she dependent on me and her 10 year finish next month so is she illegible 10 route and how will extend her section 3c ?

Maybe varying into 1 year of free extension might temporarily work and you may become her dependant. But her 10 years of legal residence must have been broken where she obtained the visa by being your dependant during the time where your tax record wasn't accurate.
