Dear Brother , first of all i claimed points for same IELTS at the stage of 2 Extensions and as per Imigration Policy their are no points for English at the stage of ILR , according to Policy they cant refuse but Thanks for your advise its better to book a test.CULLINAN wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2020 4:42 pmWhen you are in doubt, I would advise you to take an approved English B1 SELT test. Worth paying £150 and avoid refusal, loss of fees and headache later.

At ILR it's is not point, but the requirement is at a level B1. The safe thing is what you are doing, I.e. booking the test.aliuk44 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2020 4:49 pmDear Brother , first of all i claimed points for same IELTS at the stage of 2 Extensions and as per Imigration Policy their are no points for English at the stage of ILR , according to Policy they cant refuse but Thanks for your advise its better to book a test.CULLINAN wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2020 4:42 pmWhen you are in doubt, I would advise you to take an approved English B1 SELT test.
