PBS Dependent

Hi there,

I submitted an application for our newborn daughter to be added as a dependent.

After submission and payment when reviewing the form I realised that where I added my own details as the main visa holder I did not add my middle name, however all my daughter’s details, other personal details and my sponsor details are correct.

Would I have to do another application to add more in my middle name or would it be acceptable?
