ILR under Tier 1 exceptional talent (3 years)

Hello Team,

Planning to apply for ILR and I took life in UK in 2015 is that still valid ?

and qualification at level B1 is same as Batchelor degree or master degree?

How to prove endorsement is still valid for settlement requirement?
" the endorsing body has not withdrawn its endorsement of the applicant".

LIUK has no expiry date. If you have a UK degree taught at Bachelor's level or above, you automatically get the English language points. You should get a letter from the endorsing body with confirmation

Yes.

For Naric test, Is it mandatory to submit medium of instruction letter as this is going to take some time when I request from my university. Not sure, if I can apply without this for my degree evaluation ?

Then do the English B1 test.

You need naric English and comparable assessment, ie UKVI NARIC red route, which costs the same as the English test, £150.

You are correct. Settlement does not need a letter as long as the endorsement has not been withdrawn

If you are a salaried employee or a director of a limited company, you can provide one of the following documents:
Payslips
Personal bank or building society statements
An official tax document
OR
Dividend vouchers.

If you have worked in a self-employed capacity, you can provide one of the following documents:
A letter from your accountant
Company or business financial accounts:

Could you please confirm if it's sufficient to provide an official tax document (ended 5 April 2020) and a letter from your accountant? or do I need to provided payslip,personal bank statement, tax documents and a letter from accountant?

I came to UK in 2012 but switched to T1 talent in 2017 with in UK and for below question do I need to say 2012 or 2017 just confused ? and I have to provide all absences based on this details. Please advise.

"When did you first enter the UK? (Required)
This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started."

4. In online form, I am asked the date i first came to the UK. Under this question, it is mentioned that this is the date you are basing your ILR on. Will it be the date when I came to UK as student in 2010 or the date when I got first Tier 2 general visa in 2013?

The transcript or letter from your college or university must confirm:
your name
the name of the college or university
the qualification you have been awarded
the date when the qualification was or will be awarded
The transcript or letter must be on official headed paper.

It is 2012. You should provide countries you lived in. The question on degree I am not sure. Is there a different question if you answer NO? To be honest it does not matter what you choose as you already score points for English

I came in 2009 initially went back in 2011 but came back in 2012 and switch to T1 in 2017 (continuous stay since 2012) so, date of entry should be 2009 or still 2012?

It really does not matter, the answer has no ramifications. Put 2009.

Is your wife applying with you for ilr?? If she isn't, then you do not need any utility bills etc.

My wife not applying with me now so, I will not provide utility bills so, both answers will be "No".

Could you please advise for the below query. If I can apply for my wife's ILR?

My wife was on Tier2 ICT PBS Dependent since 2012 visa till 2017 (visa end date 4th August 2017).
She Left the UK on 8th July and applied to switch Tier1 PBS dependent visa from India on 1st August got BRP vignette (8sep2017 - 8oct 2017) but unfortunately, my wife had an accident and didn't' travel so, renewed 30 days vignette on 21st October 2017 and got a visa from 8th Nov17 and entered to the UK on 5th December.
Can she apply for ILR as she has completed 5 years dependent visa and also absence was 5 months ( less than 6 months)?
