Retire in ireland

Hi all
Have question like this:
How long a person need to be working in ireland put together in order to get entitled get his/ her pension in other country rather than ireland.
As I know(i do not know whether its true or not) there are some restrictions about the cummulative working period in ireland where people are required to work Some period of time in order to get their pension anywhere rather than in Ireland.
