settled status for unmarried partners

I am eligible for settled status after being issued with a resident card, for 5 years attached to my passport in 2015. I am not married and got my residence card on the basis of being in a durable relationship with my partner.

So my question is do I need to provide evidence of our relationship for the last 5 years or only the last 2 years. The information on the government website only indicate evidence for 2 years for someone applying for pre-settled status.
