Hello every one,

Pcmalik, engi_guy, all May-jun applicants. did you any of them here any think yet?

just thinking that all Mid week May applicants, jun starting two weeks applicants are not yet got their documents, sum of them got when i compare to to both sides waiting and approval list and max applicant r still waiting ( i refer to other forum trackitt). what was the reason behind this scenario? any idea guys.

I guess the cw's who has appointed to the above cases were eitheir in holidays or waiting for the applicant to send urgent treatment (haha...)

reagards,
laskk

GUYS CAN I PLEASE HAVE A FEEDBACK ON MY QUOTED PROBLEM PLZZZ

jamalia wrote:HI guys as the application says you have to include the traffic offences as well , as i have got 12 points on my driving licence, i have included it in the deails section ,

i have also included a covering letter saying these offences were done becuase of confusion and misunderstading of the uk traffic laws for international diriving licence holder which indeed was the case .

I am just worried will that can create problems , otherwise i have 100 total points and all the sufficient things necessary i have applied on 5th aug and got the reference letter and fees deducted .

CAn any one please put some light on this

THanks

hi jamalia

i dont think your traffic offences have got a big role to play in their decision making of your visa approval.. dont worry...

you will get your visa approved...

Let me apologise before i write long mail. Neither i am excited nor aggrieved but my point is proven. please see sequence

3) Forum friends suggested that processing starts from date of payment but it is not true
4) Application of 10 jun were considered on around 25th jul, so not payment in full of 9th jul.
Reagrding this i am quite certain that the work on the case, only starts when ur payment has been processed not before that because i have spoke to 2-3 different CCE on various ocassions and asked them specifically when exactly the case goes for processing, they informed that the date they give out ( when they say " we are currently working on the applications of DATE " ) is indeed the date when the payment is cleared.

Hope this helps !!

AFAIK, it is illegal to courier / post Indian passports outside the country (e.g. - from India to UK).

Hi,

Actually they should consider gross before tax according UKBA. I have read the whole docment and it's said caliculation of previous earnings is on the gross income before tax.

Hi Sush,

Can you comment on this?

Not a wise thing to hijack a discussion on Tier 1 (general) applications with a query on HSMP Dependent visa time-lines.

Anyhow, reading this will help.

I don't think we will get any updates today. We can expect something tomorrow. All documents posted by HO on Friday should have reached on Saturday. If they post them today, we should be getting them the earliest is tomorrow. So no point checking with anyone today.

Wel if they post doc's with the 2nd class recorded delivery ( which they always do ) you will recieve them today rather then staurday. as it takes 2-3 days for 2nd class to be delivered.

Hope this helps!!

Hi guys, Why don’t you call them and ask them for a courier pickup...

I'm telling you. its far far safe and much reliable... I used it thru MBE and they delivered me the passport & docs next day morning.. It cost around £35, but worth of it than taking risk of 2nd class Royal Mail....

One more advantage is that your CW will inform you when it is ready, so you can come to know about it at least 3-4 days before than normal.

Choice is yours....
