Will 5 years clock reset when switch to new PBS from tier 2?

hi my visa expires Oct 2021 and the new PBS will have effect from Jan 2021.

in the document they released today it says when I need to extend I would have to apply under the new PBS with the new requirements.(points 53)

Would it reset my time?
