Tier 2 extension - new BRP and dependant questions

Hope everyone is well

I wonder if anyone could advise me on the following:

1. I have extended Tier 2 visa and received new BRP 2 days ago. However on my new BRP under type of permit it says "Leave to ENTER". As I understand it should be Leave to REMAIN. Am I correct? And if I am should I be bothered or it does not make any difference?
2. Most worrying question.. I have applied for extension along with dependant baby, but his BRP did not arrive with mine.. Shoud I be worried or this a routine practice to post BRPs separately??

I am not sure about the first question, however, I do know your BRPs would arrive in different postage parcels.

When did you apply? when did you attend Biometrics, and how long it took for you to recieve decision.

I am in similar position.
