Spouse visa query

Hi.

my wife received a sms stating:

The processed application was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 23/7. Documents can be collected at the designated passport collection times.

Anyone know what this actually means? we applied for her first spouse visa in february 2020 before lockdown. All documents were submitted in UK in feb and her biometrics done in feb in bangladesh.

any ideas?

What type of visa did she apply for and from where?

It means that the application concluded, decision made and she should go to where she submitted application in Bangladesh to pick up her passport.

It means that the application concluded, decision made and she should go to where she submitted application in Bangladesh to pick up her passport.

the message doesnt state the decision has been made nor the passport collection times?

Its nuanced, the processed application is back to where she applied. Passport is part of documents. When she submitted the VAC should have given her a collection slip detailing what days and times they are open for collection OR you can check online for the collection times of the particular VAC she used.
