T1E ILR - record of employees

Hi

I'm here on a tier 1 entrepreneur visa - approaching time to apply for ILR

I have read that due to Covid-19 you do not have to prove continuous employment of two full timers

My question is can I use employment records from the time I applied for my last leave to remain (Dec 2018) or does it have to be from when I was actually granted leave to remain (June 2019)
