SET O application

Hello All,
I have filled ILR Set(O) application. As there are no priority services if I apply through standard service now, and after some time if priority services open can I cancel this standard application and apply through priority service? if so can I get refund of standard fee or is there any other issues?
As my visa validity is till Mar 2021, if I apply through standard route now do I get response from HO? or Due to covid19 HO is only processing applications that have near visa expiry date now?

HO is processing all applications. Your visa expiry date is irrelevant.

You can cancel your application and get a refund minus an admin fee (a refund takes a while) provided you have not enrolled biomterics.

Why not just wait a bit if you have the visa validity to wait.

Hi team,

Recently my spouse got ILR thru Tier 2 General - 5 years route. Me and kids are in UK as her dependents where as we also completed 5 years period. Please let me know which type of application I need to fill to apply for our ILR as my spouse dependents.
