IGS Transitional arrangements: required documents

Post by alpertheidiot » Tue Aug 26, 2008 12:01 pm

hi guys,

my IGS expires on 5th of September, so Im applying to extend my visa under transitional arrangements for a further year.

all I am wondering is do I need to send my certificate of award and letter from university for extension? because if I am on IGS, this means I already proved that I am qualified for extension as I sent all my relevant documents last year. the other question is, they require a letter from university which should show that I graduated within 12months time, which again, I graduated about 14 months ago. so, even if I get that letter, it wont be valid. I think there is a bit uncertainty there?

please advice.. I tried to call immigration office but after being hold for nearly half an hour I gave up.

thanks
