Tier1 HS dependent status

Hi,
Need an advise. I am on Tier1 HS entrepreneur visa. I am going to switch to ILR in September 2020.
What will be my dependents status. Her visa is valid till 2022. Does she need to apply again or can we wait till 2022.

She remains under PBS dependant route until eligible for ILR. Your ILR under Tier 1 does not change her visa route at all.
