OCI - Kids Renewal

Hi all

I've just renewed my daughter's passport for the first time (she'll be 5 years old soon). I'm looking to renew her OCI, but I'm not sure which documents I have to upload, is it just her new passport?

Also, trying to get a London/Hounslow based appointment is not easy!! Any tips?
