Hi everyone, hope all is well. I am new to the forum and was wondering if I can explain my situation and hopefully get some advice

I will try to be as brief as possible.

My Family and I are currently based in London, we are currently in the process of moving to another city in the UK.

Shortly after moving I am going abroad to get married.

My parents say they will gift me £62,500 once the property has been sold. Can I use this money to apply for a Spouse Visa when I return home (UK) after getting married?.

The money will be received legally and be in my control for six months. Money is not a loan, its a genuine gift from parents.

Providing i supply all the correct documents to the home office, will there by any issues?, just a little anxious and worried.

No, there wont be any issue. You have outlined a above a course of action that you understand what is needed when it comes to cash savings.

Just to let you know that majority of people who have used cash savings route are gifted the funds so as you have rightly said that the funds is genuine gift from your parents then you have nothing to be worried about.
