Tier 2 - BRP is not at the Post Office / Vignette Visa

Hi All,
I went to collect my Tier 2 BRP from the Post Office in London but it was not there. I created a report on the website however my situation is urgent and I need to go to my home country. What can I do now? As my vignette visa still is valid, can I use it again?

What is the visa validity of your visa vignette?

Hi, I arrived 2 weeks ago and my vignette visa valid until 12.10.2020.
I don't know why but someone from home office told me that it can be used one time and didn't advise to leave.
It's for healty reason and there is no solution!

I might be in a similar situation when I arrive to the UK next week.
Did you receive your BRP? If so, when?
Did you travel overseas and fly back to the UK?
