What are "Home Office documents"

Post by jnizz12 » Tue Aug 25, 2020 3:35 pm

hi,

The child benefits application asks for "Home Office documents". All I have from the home office are emails and my BRP card. What should I send them?

Home Office documents
If you're subject to immigration control, or you've been subject to immigration control in the last 3
months, we need to see your Home Office documents.
Do not send photocopies of any of the documents you’re sending us as HMRC will only
accept originals. If you do not send the documents we need with the claim form, a decision
on your claim will be delayed.

thank you
