FYI - I posted my BRP on the second working day after receiving my certificate - ensure you use Royal Mail Next Day Signed for Service only. I used DPD for next day and they don't deliver to PO Boxes, same with any other courier. Luckily posted on 4th day and they received next day.

Date of receipt of approval: July 2020 (Nationality support team informed me in April that the decision had been made, received an approval letter after requesting the decision letter in pdf from NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gov.uk).
Date of receipt of ceremony letter: 13 January 2021 by post (dated 23 December 2020).
Date of Ceremony: 15 January 2021 (Virtual).
Naturalisation certificate arrived: 22 January 2021.

My application is an example that the Home Office does not always notify the applicants about the outcome of their application. Also my application was affected by a "technical error". If you don't hear anything from the Home Office for many months, do reach out for progress update (help line, email, SAR request if nothing else helps).
