You cannot email your documents if you have not specifically been asked to do so by a caseworker.

As already explained in your own topic you have, you need to upload your documents to the ukcvas portal!

They asked me the same question you want apply for asylum which was very silly thing to ask and when I said no I don’t want that so they refused my application and kept it for 3-4 months and I was reporting one day they told me your application is refused and we hand over it to you now after 3/4 months. I think your application is refused and if they put you on reporting conditions they will give you decision and don’t know if they will detain you or anything.if you are on reporting conditions make sure you are in contact with your lawyer before you going in

Hi, I haven’t received the email so no update yet. How about you? What type of application you applied? I applied Appendix FM parent route. I heard if I can book appointment depends on the type of visa I applied and it seems the one I applied still has to wait.

Submitted my FLR(FP) (Private life - 10 year route) - on the 13 of June online.

Regarding sending documents it states - "You cannot currently book an appointment at a Service and Support Centre
UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) have temporarily closed Service and Support Centres (SSCs) because of coronavirus (COVID-19).

You cannot book an appointment. If you've already made an appointment to attend an SSC, UKVI will be contacting you to cancel it.

You'll be told when you can book a new appointment.

Your immigration status in the UK will not change as a result of you not being able to attend an appointment.

For further information please visit: https://www.gov.uk/visas-and-immigratio ... rt-centres"

Do I just sit back and do nothing now? Its now September and im getting really worried. I heard we can no longer provide supporting documents via post.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

I am not sure why’d they ask us about applying Asylum. I have just received an email from HO. They said your application is pending and being considered. A decision cannot be made until biometrics have been enrolled.

My application with ukvas is cancelled and I can’t book it again. Already send my supporting documents to HO by email. So Frustrating.

Hi there. I know it’s frustrating. Same here.
If you contact with UKVCAS about appointment. This is what they’d reply you by email.

Thank you for your enquiry.
Please see the UKVCAS website (https://www.ukvcas.co.uk/flash-message- ... geId=74833) for the latest information on the status of our service. If you are identified as a customer who is required to attend an appointment, we will email you to advise when you can book your appointment.
In response to COVID-19 UKVI is changing the way it processes applications. This new way of working involves reusing biometrics (fingerprints) that have been recorded as part of a previous application. This means that some customers will not need to attend a UKVCAS service point.
UKVI are currently working to identify all customers eligible for this approach. UKVI has asked us not to invite these customers for an appointment. At the moment, we cannot confirm when this new way of working will be launched but we will contact all customers to explain the next steps over the coming weeks.
Thank you for your continued patience.

Hi, everyone. Please, anyone has email address for flp (fp) team?

I applied for my second flr(fp) renewal on Febuary 31st Jan 2020 and did my biometrics finger print on the 3rd of Febuary 2020. I also paid for document scanning & uploading services at Croydon office and the gentleman who did the uploading of documents told me everything has been uploaded to homeoffice. I have been waiting for 7 months now without no decision or any form of contact from homeoffce. Do anyone here know of the email address to contact them? I have searched online but could't find anything.

My timeline is as follows:

Application update
Flr fp 10 year private life route
Extension (2nd renewal)
Application submitted online on: 31 Jan 2020 (Online application)
Biometrics done at Croydon: 3rd of Febuary 2020
Called homeoffice on: 20th July 2020 (The Lady said is not yet upto six months)

I am really getting worried now 'cause i can see people in this forum who applied long after i did, already granted .

Thanks!
Hi there,

Just wondering if you heard anything back?

All the best x
Yes, i phoned HO and someone escalated my query. I received an email couple of days latter that they are still working on the case and the case worker will write to me once a decision is made.

I am just baffled, considering this is my second renewal and my circumstances has n't changed in any way.

Are you still waiting for reply? What's your story...
