My understanding is that the financial documents submitted should be (dated) within the 28 days BEFORE the date of submission of the application though, not 28 days after submission. Sorry, I thought I was being crystal clear. I was trying to emphasise the point that the documents should be dated within the 28 days preceding the submission of the online application, as opposed to 28 days after the application was submitted. ("Within 28 days" didn't make that 100% clear to someone who didn't know. Within could mean 28 days before or after.).
