Hi am non eea family i have my presettlement card can I travel to Europe alone without visa

No you can't. You need to apply for a Schengen visa.

You can't travel alone and you can't travel with your partner. This card is 100% British and has no value in other countries.

The pre-settlement card is a card issued to EEA citizens and their family members under UK law, not EU law and therefore requires you to apply for a visa if your passport needs one.

A Residence Card issued under the EEA Regulations would allow for visa-free access to the EU, but they will expire on 31st December anyway.
