spouse VISA financial requirement

hi, i am British and I am looking to apply for spouse visa for my husband who is in morocco , i am working in NHS since 2018 as a part time but from May 2020 i got permanent and full time job due to Covid my hours where reduced in April and June 2020 and again from July started full time , still i meet the minimum financial requirement by end of this September is it acceptable? if the pay varied every month? will the HO take whole 6months salary altogether ? ot the lowest amount?


Payslips date Gross Income
25/03/2020 – 25/04/2020 £1393.23
25/04/2020 – 25/05/2020 £1866.47
25/05/2020 – 25/06/2020 £1228.08
25/06/2020 – 25/07/2020 £1801.75
25/07/2020 – 25/08/2020 £1644.75
25/08/2020 – 25/09/2020 £2098.977
Total gross in period of 6 months £10,033.257

Please help me and guide me in this as i got already refusal last year because of not meeting financial requirement.so please help me.

Above figures seems satisfactory as are well above of £9300.

yes the figures are above 9300 but i am worried about the June and April month where I got paid less and i believe they will take the lowest amount to calculate the figure.is it true.

It won't applies where the wages are varying on each month which seems to have been happening with you. Also, by virtue of cvd19 temporary concession a reduced wage is considered as full during the period of March to August.

Correct. You can also add a covering letter showing the calculations as how you are fulfilling the requirement.
