Tier 2 visa decision letter not received

Hi,
I had my appointment at vfs global for tier 2 general visa , Delhi India on 17th Aug. I received my passport with 90 day vignette -entry clearance on 5th September. However, did not receive the decision letter. Are there any such cases? Whom should i contact? Should I be worried?
Appreciate any inputs.

I am in same situation now and doesn't receive my decision letter with VISA.

Is there is any problem on this or its just an supporting document. Without this shall i travel to UK.

Note: I am aware on which post office to collect my BRP card

My Spouse and kid received the Passport with Tier II dependent visa stamped, but decision letter is missing. Any idea how to sort this out?

You don't need the decision letter!!! The visa is what is in the passport!!!

But, that decision letter contains the address to collect BRP card ?
Now where they will have to collect?
Also the immigration officer had checked it when landed in airport.

You nominated the post office in the for, so surely you know where abouts it is. They do t check the letter when you get to the UK. They check your visa in your passport. Besides, they can see all your details on their system.

OK, since the payment and appointment was taken by my employer, I am not aware of it.
I will check with them.

Did you all receive your decision letter for the UK TIER 2 VISA?

My wife and daughter got the passport today with the stamp.

Although my wife got the decision letter 9 days ago, my daughter has not received it yet.

So any suggestions? Is it possible to travel without a decision letter?
