Free School Meals

Hello,

I am currently on ILR. My Child (Reception age) and my partner are awaiting outcome of ILR application.

Mean while my child started reception this year, Is my child allowed to receive free school meals for reception age group. Is this public fund? Both of them are on NRPF visa condition (Tier 2 Dependant's)

Please can anyone let me know.
