Tier 2 General - Dependent visa extension when main applicant is planning for ILR submission

Post by krishna_uk15 » Wed Sep 30, 2020 4:03 pm

Hi,

My Current Tier 2 General visa(Main applicant) is about to expire on 23 Nov 2020 (though already Completed 5 years on 12th Oct 2020) . I have a plan to apply for ILR before my visa expires, but my dependents(Wife and daughter) hasn't completed 5 years of UK stay as they joined late after 3.5 months so I cannot apply ILR for them until they finish 5 years( end of January 2021) .

Question:

So in this situation, can I apply parallelly for both i.e. ILR for me and Visa extension for my family under Tier2 Dependents. If so please share the link for applying visa extension for dependents

Please advise
