INIS Accepting Citizenship Applications?

Hi - does anyone know if INIS is now accepting citizenship applications? Their website FAQ states there are delays, but it no longer says "do not send". Also, if anyone has submitted in the past 1-2 months, how long did it take for you to receive your passport back? Thank you!

I have sent my application on 29th Aug and delivered on 1st September. Not received my passport back yet so emailed them asking the acknowledgement for of my application and passport. Got following reply today morning.

Thank you for your email. Based on the tracking number provided I can
confirm that your documents have been received at this office. Due to the
restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 healthcare crisis, unprecedented
delays are occurring in the issuing of acknowledgment receipts and the
processing and return of documentation. It is not possible to guarantee the
prompt return of original documents at this time.

I wish there was some automated process of acknowledgment or some online tracking system rather than we sending an email and waiting over a week to receive a reply.

Agree. Could be much more efficient if these things were automated.
