You need to address this issue to INIS , you can mail to below mail address :
1) reentryqueries@justice.ie , please add your form number , passport details and gnib number in the mail . And then your query , if they don't reply , keep mailing them on the same query . Chances are high they reply also add urgent in subject line.

2yoy can also mail : burghquayregoffice@justice.ie , but they rarely reply .

Their passport was delivered to INIS on 31/08/2020. When was yours delivered? Mine was delivered 07/09/2020. Let me know when you receive application processed email.

@talentlinkkk, nine was delivered on 23rd sept , so you will get mail before me .. Do let me know .. I think you might get the mail by 15th October .

Tnx yes i emailed them @burghquayregoffice@justice.ie and they did replied me to email reentryqueries@justice.ie and have also did that, i think i will keep emailing them as you've said then.

Ok, just got my IRP in the post, renewed for 1yr (he and I are separated, I’ve had 1yr stamps since 017). Expiry date shifted to October from August.

Still no Passport, no tracking info listed at all.

Hi all, I got my IRP card in the post today and shocked to see that my Stamp 4 permission has been renewed for only 1 year. It was always valid for 2 years. Does anyone has similar experience? Is this a new way of making money for INIS by forcing us to renew every year and pay 300 euro?

No. It is not a new way to make money off you. I just got a 5 years permission after being previously issued two 1 year stamps and one for 3 years.

The expiry date of the permission depend on your circumstances and your passport's expiry date.
If you believe there's been an error, contact them for help.

No, my passport expiry date was in 2024 so there was enough time. I've seen in other posts, people have reported other errors. Can I ask how someone can get a 5-years permission? Are you on Stamp 4 EUFAM?

Mid of Aug. Got the "application processed" email on 8th Oct and got my IRP card today but no passport back yet.

Sure. I'm a spouse of Irish citizen and it was my second renewal in this status. I didn't ask for it as I thought it will be another one for 3 years but got one for 5 years instead. I wasn't charged anything just like in the past.

Ok, passport arrived this morning. Tracking didn’t register until passport was already delivered

I'm sure I don't understand how this is working. I applied a week before Sept 22 and still haven't heard anything back.

As My IRP card is finished in March next year and i am thinking to apply online a few months in advance for the renewal. Please advise if it’s ok or not. Thanks

You won't be able to apply online for IRP renewal until your IRP card is within 1 month of expiry, more than 1 month and the online system would not allow you to proceed showing the attached error.

That’s great. Let me know when you receive your IRP and passport. I’m also still waiting for both, my passport tracking info hasn’t activated on Anpost yet.
