Now. Passport later.1 - When can we apply for his Naturalisation ( British Passport )
If he had to provide an English test for ILR then you can use that.2 - Does my hubby need to do anymore English Test again as he hasn’t got a degree. He has done a 3 year Diploma in Electronics ( Technical Diploma ) in his birth country.
If so, which English test please.
Please review the guidance document - the application is straightforward.3 - What other requirements are there and can someone please guide me through the process please
Yes for obvious reasons - UKVI always quote a six month processing target, though it could be faster, or longer in some case. Suggest you monitor the forum - there are various threads on the subject. Also with COVID around, is it affecting applications in anyway
He needs a new test if he applied for and got ilr before 28 October 2013. He needs English B1 from a test provider and test on the current ukvi approved list. His diploma is not sufficient either.2- We got married in his country and then applied for his spouse visa. This was granted and so he returned back to the UK on 5th of October 2011. He done the IELTS English test as part of the process

Also make sure he was physically present in UK at the start of the qualifying period. If you apply today, he should be physically present in UK on 29/12/2017 etc.boozey_boo wrote: ↑Mon Dec 28, 2020 11:55 amThank you Cullinan, just double checked and we have covered that
