Anyone received anything further relating to chenchooliah case.
As repatriation unit is very active now a days.
They are giving reply way quicker than before as i heard from others.

Hi Azeem 81, I am in the same situation like you. My wife left me last year but my visa did not get revoke. Now I don't know what to do next. Can you guide me please. Thanks

but stamp1 is for those who needs work permit to renew it thats very strange.

your case is with eu treaty section so you should apply on eu5 form for retention of rights.

some more bank statements ,nothing else.but i have heard they are giving stamp 1 to successfull candidates .so just stay in touch with the department.

What documents you have already send them and did they ask you bank statement for the certain period or asked you just for the statement. Do you know someone who got visa in recent days.

I withdraw my case in Ireland, I got the EU settlement scheme in UK. I wish you all good luck in Ireland

but irish citizen working in ireland ?

The EU settlement scheme is only relevant to the UK, it is not an "EU wide" route. It is relevant to the UK withdrawal agreement. Doesn't apply to Ireland.

it work for me, try to apply for UK EEA residence card before 31.12.2020. response time 45 working day. I take huge risk, lucky I am successful, I apply my case from northern Ireland. My case is pending in Ireland for 5 years. I am becoming sick in Ireland. I thought there is no point in wasting more time. please talk to any solicitor for advice in UK.
