Contract Work Starting Nov 1 - Stage 2 delayed

I got the endorsement for Stage 1 Tech Nation on Sep 16. Managed to get an appointment for biometrics on Oct 14 but the Victoria centre closed down that day because of some COVID case detection. There is no visibility of the next appointment date. I am currently on Tier 2 General, moving out of the sponsoring company in November. I have an offer for contract work starting Nov 1. Am I permitted to start work since the application is under process?

I'm struggling a bit with the KC2 part.

I have successfully cleared KC2 as part of my Global Talent application.
If you can post your specific queries about KC2, I can try and help. I have seen your post on the other thread, so it would be useful, if you can directly state the evidences you are thinking of showing for KC2 and we can take it on from there.

Can you point me to the type of evidence I need to provide to satisfy on KC2 criteria? I had provided 2 x mentoring letters. 1, within my firm and second an external startup. Sounds like my original application they did not have a problem with KC2 but when I asked for review they brought this up along with QC1 - i.e. product-led company.

The silly part is they believe I am working as a product-led, but the company is not a product-led organisation despite giving them adequate proof in my review.

In the first application and review did you clear KC2?
I mean, if the assessors have brought up KC2 in your review, by merely mentioning it and still clearing KC2, I see no reason why you should be worried for re-applying with the same evidences for KC2.
Your basic issue looks like QC1, and you may want to position your specialism (i.e being in a product-led company) more tactfully.

You're correct, the original request was rejected for QC1. The review came back with comments to KC2.

I'm looking for examples to do this by bypassing or not showing the current company I work for. Sounds like it's possible, I've been told. Just need some directions, since I'm from IT infra i.e. Network background so it's difficult as against developers who apply.
