Hi guys, if there is anyone who submitted their renewal beginning of September can you please post when you receive the INIS application processed email. I got this from a friend:

Application submitted online: 24/08/2020
Passport/IRP sent to INIS: 31/08/2020
Application processed email: 10/10/2020
Passport receipt: waiting...
New IRP card receipt: waiting...
I applied, paid and submitted 01/09/2020 and only receive the email today 13/10/2020 so I think the wait times is 6 weeks

Yet to receive my passport and it’s been 6 working days and the tracking number is useless but have received my IRP. Shot a mail to burgh quay office to see what the story is
@gray312ng thanks for the update! When was your passport delivered to INIS?

Stamp 1G application submitted 26th July
Received at INIS 28th July
Processing completion email received 9th Sep
Passport Received 15th Sep
IRP Received 22 Oct

I have a different question, as I just renewed my Stamp 1G (had applied for work permit which was delayed so I had to apply for Stamp 1G renewal), can I now apply for Stamp 1 even though its still valid for 1 year, anyone knows if it will be approved, has anyone had theirs approved in a similar situation ?

Thanks..

Yes you can and you should. Stamp 1 counts as reckonable residence while the graduate scheme 1g doesn’t. Also your work permit requires you start working with your employer under the permit.

Thanks littlerr, the only issue I'm facing at the moment is that the online system does not accept dates if more than 1 month of expiry or IRP, any thoughts what I should do as even the Burgh Quay is now closed.

Thanks..

Based on multiple people's posts here, they just change the expiry date to be 1 month from today, then in the application reason field, add a note saying that you have got a work permit and need to change your current stamp from 1g to 1.

Has anyone got error in their IRP card? My permission was extended for only one year even though my passport was valid until 2024. Has anyone experience similar things? I sent them an email on 14t October and have got no reply from them.

My experience with online renewal so far;

Application submitted online: 3rd of November
First automatic acknowledgement received: 3rd of November
Documents posted: 4th of November
Notification of completion received: 19th of November
Passport received: 24th of November
IRP card still to be received.

Hi All
I've been on CSEP for over two years(two different CSEP) and I'm now eligible stamp 4 support letter and then stamp 4. However, my current stamp 1 is valid until Aug'21.Do I have to wait until Aug?As you know online system can be used only one month prior to IRP expirarion date.
I was planning to wait until Aug but I lost two great job opportunities just because hiring managers are mostly looking for stamp 4 holders.Any of you or your colleagues have similar problems?
Secondly, is there any validity period for stamp 4 support letter?

I had applied for Stamp 1 directly after receiving Stamp 1G IRP by putting in system-acceptable dates in the online application and providing an explanation for the same in an accompanying letter. My IRP was delayed by 5 months which delayed my future plans this is what I highlighted in the letter when I applied for Stamp 1.

Many have applied this way and have been approved.

3 month+ and no IRP card received.

I applied for renewal in August and few days later received email.
Then couple of weeks later received passport back.

Couple of month ago I email and got reply that there was technical issue and they will resend IRP card again.

3 weeks ago I email them again and someone reply back that they forward my email to appropriate department and I should never contact them again for this issue.

No IRP card so far.

Really confused, is there anyone else having similar issues?
Thanks

I faced the same issue, I had approached them over and over via email till I got my card (they said they will reprint and send) , I had sent my card on 28th July and received around 10th Nov.
