Should i maintain fund after apply for hsmp Tier1

Should i maintain fund after apply for hsmp Tier1

Hi Friends
i plan to apply for hsmp tier1 on middle of october.i started maintaing fund in account.Should i maintain the fund in account till i get visa?.Kindly advise me on this.

yes, u should do that till the time u get approval with Visa stamped passport in hand...
u never know... in case u have to apply again (I hope that doesn't happen).

Yes, I agree that you should maintain the minimum funds till you you get your Visa stamped.

But in my case, In the first attempt, my EC got rejected due to non maintenance of funds. I re-applied after 3 months and received the visa. But during the process, I had withdrawn the minimum balance with in 15 days of applying for visa. I received my visa in 30 days.

But to be on safer side, you should maintain the minimum balance till the day you receive your passport with visa.
