Residential Labour Market Test

Post by 97chrispark » Tue Oct 27, 2020 1:50 pm

Hi Guys,

What were your experiences with the Residential Labour Market Test?

I currently have an offer after passing the RLMT with a new sponsor. However the salary range stated was under £42000 and my offer is £41000.

I have seen a salary range as "competitive" being accepted but stating under £XXX being rejected by the home office.

Is this a case by case scenario or does the home office need a lower range limit?

Let me know of your experiences with this process.

Thanks,
Chris

Thanks for the reply, I spoke with my immigration advisor and the under £X is okay as my salary is above the SOC minimum.

Thanks,
Chris
