Effect of PUP payment on D visa

Hi all , so just a question about the pandemic payment . I will most likely apply for a D visa for my Russian wife but I'm currently on the PUP payment as I've not yet returned to work but hope to soon .. the €40000 minimum over the previous 3 years is more than satisfied but I'm just wondering that because at this moment I'm on that payment will they refuse visa . Also when they say the previous 3 years for the 40000 is it the last 3 tax years , so will I be providing documents for years 17 18 and 19. Thanks in Advance
