GTV - Application Decision Delay

Hi There,
Application Submitted - 5th OCT 2020
URN Confirmation from HO - 5th Oct 2020
Today it's 22nd working day and I haven't received the response yet.

Do I need to contact technation for my status update or should I still wait ? Please suggest.

Yeah that's correct.
But usually TN gives result in 3-4 weeks. Therefore, I am worried and at the same time wondering why it is taking such a long time to share the result.

Would I contact TN or wait until 8 weeks and then e-mail them? or is it because of large number of applications it is getting delayed?

Can someone please guide? Today is 26th work day i.e. 6th week and the result is not yet disclosed.
Has anyone else faced this situations? Should I keep waiting or drop an email to tech nation or home office requesting my status update?

Hi Vivek. Seems an unusual delay (considering lockdown). By the way, have you checked your spam folder on your registered email? I know of a couple of cases, where the decision mail sat in the spam folder.

Hello,
On 39th working day, i got my endorsement result which was 'REJECTED' by Tech Nation.
I am planning to go for review and need a suggestion.
I have applied for Global Talent previously during March 2020 where i was rejected on KC-2 and QC-1 and QC-2 criteria. Then I went to review after which Tech nation 'rejected' me again but accepted my clarification on KC-2 and QC-1.

Now in Nov 2020, I was rejected again on KC-2 and QC-1. The question/suggestion which I need is -
'While submitting the review for 2nd rejection, should I mention the reference to my previous applications where Tech Nation after 'review' (during March 2020) approved my KC-2 and QC-1? But now on re-submitting the application, they have again rejected evidences for KC-2 and QC-1?

Please suggest or let me know if above query is unclear and needs further elaboration?

Are the evidences the same? If so, maybe you can use the "same logic" that you used last time, and hope they overturn it again this time?

Hi Vivek,

What is the rejection reason they provided for QC1 . is it not being part of Product led digital company and what explanation you gave resulted in acceptance and what is the 2nd time reason for the rejection of QC1. is it same as 1st time.
