I am also still waiting for ILR(M) and heard nothing since the application was submitted on 7th of September. I wonder if we should all start complaining - The set M is taking way too long compared to other ILR routes. This is becoming seriously unfair now.

I did a booking last week and an appointment date was available 4 weeks away. I booked a slot at the Croydon core center.
You may need to keep checking with alternative post codes. Unfortunately there is no way out as the system is pathetic and expensive.
Worst case, reach out to UKVCAS by twitter

I have repeatedly said this on the forum and here again. You need to check the last day (28 days apart). If it is a weekend the availability is very low or none. The last day if you are trying today is 1st Jan which will be a closure for new years. You will have to check for a week day for better availability. The last day (28 days apart) has to be a week day for better options and availability.

Check on 8th Dec 00:01, you will get one for 4th Jan. In the meanwhile keep checking for cancellations but make sure it does not fall on a closed day.

Thanks for adding the facebook stats, it seems they trying to make decisions for those made F2F within 60 days of submitting biometrics. Those with the apps seems to be stocked due the initial data issues of the app (this was denied by UKVCAS).

What was the issue with the IDV app?

First November ILR Set (O) has received an answer!

What was the issue with the IDV app?

It seems that case workers couldn't access biometrics information submitted via the IDV app, which explains why applicants were getting decisions much faster by going for dual submissions (app + face-to-face appointment). This is evident in the data below:

Face-to-face and dual submissions were mostly considered in September and October, while the issue with the IDV app was being sorted. There is an increase of decisions on app-only submissions in November, which is a good sign as it shows that case workers are able to access biometrics submitted via the app now. Apart from two isolated cases, it seems that they are trying to get June-Aug applications out of the way before considering Sept-Dec applications.

I sent complaint to home office (just to see what response I get) as 26 July set LR applicant. Reply that i received stated that case is still in queue and would remain there until assigned. Anf thats in date order. I don't really understand why it hasn't been assigned or picked yet as those who applied after me has got their approvals. Is that a generic response or if its specific its already 5th month. What would you advise?

Hi Amy_R88, that. sounds like quite an odd response from them, I feel its generic, as they would have 100% assigned your case to someone...
I'm still waiting over here too.. I believe its us 2 and maybe 1 more person in SET LR July?
I just hope we get it before X-mas... what do you think?

Given by the current pace, UKVI may take another 2-3 weeks atleast to clear out August applications. So, thats 2020 gone

Yup, looks/sounds like it. The despair is making a return, unless there's a Christmas miracle next week and they at least start dipping into post 29th August and early Sept applicants.

Christmas period/holidays normally is a slow period for decisions (20th Dec - 4th Jan). I think it may slow down decisions overall before picking up in early Jan 2021 again.

Exactly why I'm hoping for a pre 20th Dec miracle. To be honest, I don't/didn't expect any decisions over that period (as a worst case preparation).
