My application was submitted 19 August 2020.
My Biometrics and Documentation was submitted via UKVCAS App on 10 September 2020.
No further documents requested.
Received email from Home Office Atlas on 13 November 2020 that my application was successful.
Received BRP Courier Delivery email on 17 November 2020.
Received BRP within a couple days. (Sorry I'm not sure the exact date. I was in self-isolation so all my days were running together at that point.)

My son's application was submitted 12 Aug 2020.
My son's Biometrics and Documentation was also submitted via UKVCAS App on 10 September 2020.
No further documents requested.
Received email from Home Office Atlas on 27 November 2020 that his application was successful.
We did not hear anything further about his BRP being delivered so after the 10 days I filled in the form online reporting such. I received an email saying it could take up to 20 business days to get a reply and if we didn't hear by then to fill in the form again.
No BRP yet.

My other son's application was also submitted 12 Aug 2020
His Biometrics and Documentation was also submitted via UKVCAS App on 10 September 2020.
We received an email from Home Office Atlas on 30 November asking for scans of all pages of his passport (my mistake. I only sent in scans of the photo page with the application. Although that was the case for myself and my other son's application and we were not asked for further scans.)
I send the scans via email on 3 December 2010.
We received email from Home Office Atlas on 7 December 2020 that his application was successful.
Received BRP Courier Delivery email on 9 December 2020.
Received BRP 12 December 2020.

Anther son's application was submitted 12 September 2020.
His biometrics and docs were submitted around the 1st week of October 2020.
Still waiting to hear anything from the Home Office.

The timelines really seem to be a bit random and I'm a little concerned that we have not yet received my one son's BRP. Hopefully it will all get worked out in the end. Best of luck with your applications!

For those who applied to change address, please be aware the HO may still posted the BRP to your old address.

I applied to change the address and I received the acknowledge email from them. However, the BRP still posted to my solicitor's office address. Not my updated address.
