Student Tier4 Application in country after Indeminity Assurance

Please can someone help..
I have applied for indemnity in Sept as my Tier4 visa expired I got it extended and now have been assured till 31st Dec. In mean time I applied for another masters in BPP university. My CAS has been issued. Now I am making tier4 visa.
I wanted to ask what is the chances of my visa gettng approved and is there anything else I should include also I have been told by university I dont need to show maintenance fund. Though I am applyin post 28days of my expiry of previous student visa.

Please can anyone in this situation who have applied indeminity and were in similar situation.

Please help...
