Traveling to Brazil to see wife

Hi, I am supposed to be travelling to Brazil.

Yesterday brazil announced they are banning uk.

I am a British citizen and my wife is a Brazil national and in Brazil now.

The Brazil consular website says

V - foreigner:

a) spouse, partner, son, father or curator of a Brazilian;

So am I able to enter? Or has this recent changed blocked spouse as well?
