Criminal Convictions

Post by jgriggs » Wed Apr 27, 2005 8:54 am

Question.

On all the forms pertaining to immigration they ask about all criminal convictions including those that are deemed spent by the british government.

Has anybody encountered problems in this area. I.e been refused residence??

Please help if you can because i've been unable to get a clear answer anywhere else.

i'm not an expert ....
and i didn't had any problem in the criminal conviction area.

but the decision of your application wouldn't depend upon HAVING something criminal against u ... it might depend upon the nature of the conviction ....

so if u've done something REALLY bad .... u might need to ask some proffessional.

if your offense is serious (not just a lousy driving ticket) then you should be better off by hiring a professional to handle your case.
