TIER 4 DEPENDENT VISA

Hi,

My friend is going to apply for a tier 4 dependent visa, does she requires to show a maintenance balance if she applies for an extension.

Her husband is going to apply for a tier 4 extension but the university where he got a CAS from told her husband he does not require any maintenance funds to show but does her wife needs to show please advise.

It is only possible for your spouse or civil partner, or your unmarried partner who you have been living with for at least two years.
