Children Citizenship

Post by emilynguyen123 » Fri Jan 22, 2021 11:21 pm

Hi all!
Thank in advance to read my question!
I very confused and can someone give me some advance?
I will apply ILR ( 5 years route parent) in march 2021
But i got another son.he was born in UK. He is turn 6 years old in April
.he got Non-Eu passport and BPR 2,5 years( second time) as dependant
My question is: i need to apply ILR for him as well or i can wait when i grant ILR and after that apply register citizenship for him.
Thanks you

Your UK born son can register as a British citizen without ILR, provided that either one of the parents has acquired ILR.
I am not a lawyer or immigration advisor. My statements/comments do not constitute legal advice. E&OE. Please do not PM me for advice.

How did you get the penalty? FPN or did you go to court?
