Waiting for ILR (M) decision while changing job

Hi,

I submitted my set M ILR application on 17th September, with the biometrics submitted in October. And I am still waiting for my decision letter.

However, I got offered on a new job today, but I have no way of proving my immigration status as my BRP card expired in Dec 2020.

Any suggestions of what I can provide to my new employer to show that I can work in the UK while I wait for decision letter?

Your immigration status remains the same as it was at the time you submitted the ILR application (section 3c)

The new employer should do an online right-to-work check, see https://www.gov.uk/view-right-to-work.

As part of the process you'll need to give permission to the new employer to use your personal data, as described in the link
