submission of documentation (TLS contact)

I am having technical problems regarding my application for the tier 5 visa regarding the submission of documentation. I would like to know my - TLSCONTACT reference: M+7 digits - PIN: 5 digits to upload my documents (edossier app). I'm not finding those numbers in their system. Could someone help me with this,please?

Log into your application. After you have paid the visa fee under "Further actions" (last item at the top) click on the tab "provide documents". This will take you to the TLS website where you should be able to upload documents, incl. your passport, without the need for any further references.
