T.B Test Required for returning citizens?

The website lists "Returning UK residents who have not been away for more than 2 years".

I'm a British citizen, I've been living between India and Malaysia since mid 2017. Do I need to get a TB test before I can fly home?

To clarify, I'll be applying for a family visa for my indian spouse to join me on the return trip. I know that she'll need to supply a test certificate in evidence, but do I, as sponsor, also need one since I've been away for more than 2 years?

You don't need a TB certificate. You are exempt from immigration control. You are not applying for anything yourself.

However, they are now requiring PCR tests for everyone.
