Confusion about start date of current visa or leave to remain

Hi - I am applying to switch to T2 General Dependent from T2 ICT Long Term. One of the questions in the visa application is to specify the start date of the current visa or leave to remain. My T2 ICT visa has been extended once and I have received a new brp with the a recent date of issue. Do I need to put the date of issue of my first BRP (which I collected when I first entered UK) or the issue date of my current (renewed) brp? Thank you in advance!
