ILR application date for wife. How soon can she apply?

Dear all,

Please can someone kindly look at our situation and exactly let us know when to submit ILR application for my wife.

Spouse Visa granted: 28th March 2017
Arrived in the UK: 20th April 2017
FLR M in the UK granted: 22nd January 2019
Current leave FLR leave ends : 28th August 2022.

Eligible to apply from 20th April 2022 (completing 5th anniversary from first date of entry in UK) minus 28 days. Best to book biometrics when she completes full 5 years though.

Please can someone advise how much I will have to pay for IHS fee my wife's ILR. Also how much is ILR current fee? She is on 5 year route spouse visa. thanks

1. There is NO IHS fee payable for ilr.

2. Current ilr fees are £2408 (which includes the £19.20 biometric enrollment fee) plus the ukcvas biomteric appointment fee if no free appointments are available.

another question about completing 5 years for eligibility for ILR. Will I have to subtract the number of days spent outside the UK ?
