Employee Visa Fee Reimbursement

Hello Everyone,

I am not sure if this is right place to ask this question. My employer is willing to reimburse my visa fees. This time it is for my ILR which was successful. Is it something they can claim as an expenses for the company? (I guess there is not VAT there) Or a taxable income for me?
